South Carolina Lowcountry is a popular place for golfers. The area is full of fun and challenging golf courses. Here are a few of the top courses to visit:

The Golf Club at Hilton Head Lakes. Once known as Tradition National, the 250-acre Golf Club at Hilton Head Lakes cleverly incorporates the lakes and wetlands of the area. The course uniquely features five tee placements, ranging from 4,955 yards to 6,650 yards and allows multiple pin positions, so even average golfers can enjoy a variety of experiences.

Old South Golf Links. Designed by award-winning golf course architect Clyde Johnston, this course feature tall oak trees, tee boxes in the woods, and Scotland-inspired terrain.

Hilton Head National Golf Club. This 300-acre course was designed by famous golfer Gary Player, who sought to develop a course that was challenging for low-handicap players yet entertaining for high-handicap players. The course offers more than 6700 yards and has a slope rating of 131.
