As manager of RLB Squared in Bluffton, South Carolina, Geoffrey “Geoff” J. Block directs daily staff activity and spearheads company real estate transactions. Opened in March of 2018, the Jaguar Land Rover North America headquarters represented a $30 million company investment. In addition to significantly boosting Jaguar Land Rover North America’s overall square footage, these headquarters feature a vehicle showroom and a center for product research, development, and training.
Jaguar Land Rover North America occupies a place in Sharp Plaza, a 147,077-square-foot office park located just off the ramp to I-287 and Route 17 in Mahwah, New Jersey. The irregularly shaped parcel of land also offers easy access to various local surface traffic arteries. With 647 total parking spaces, it has a respectable parking ratio of 4.4 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet.
Junior Leadership Program
Well-versed in business and finance, Geoffrey J. Block serves as the manager of RLB Squared, a real estate firm that oversees a portfolio of assets including residential properties, malls, assisted living facilities, and shopping centers. Throughout his career, Geoff Block has supported numerous nonprofit organizations such as the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce.
The Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce advocates the common interests of its community members while supporting businesses and enriching people’s lives. One of the programs and services that the Chamber facilitate is the Junior Leadership Program.
Established in 2000, the Junior Leadership Program aims to encourage high school students to become young leaders in their respective schools and communities. Open to sophomore and incoming junior students, the Junior Leadership Program includes seminars, workshops, service learning projects, and personal interaction with industry leaders. In addition to a minimum GPA of 2.5 and permission from parents and school administrator, students must also provide three personal references to qualify for the program.

A successful real estate developer, Geoff Block holds a degree in business from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. Geoff Block serves as the manager of South Carolina-based RLB Squared, where he leads the staff and manages the daily real estate development operations of the company. Mr. Block also devotes his time and energy to philanthropic work and nonprofit organizations such as the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce.
Founded over six decades ago, the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce works to make Hilton Head’s economy attractive to businesses while also promoting tourism. The Chamber represents more than 1,600 members who benefit from a range of membership perks and programs. The organization also hosts several events such as the Chamber Ball, Restaurant Week, and the annual Golf Classic.
Each year, the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce’s Golf Classic takes place locally at an exclusive private course. Leading business professionals and executives attend the event, offering a unique opportunity for novice holders and professional golfers to engage in a tournament while enjoying the beautiful course. Real estate developer Geoff Block has successfully completed projects that include development of a Jaguar Land Rover headquarters in New Jersey. Currently, Geoff Block serves as the manager of RLB Squared, LLC, in South Carolina, where he manages day-to-day real estate development operations.
Outside of his professional work, Geoff Block supports the local business community through his involvement with the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce. For more than 60 years, the chamber has worked to stimulate the regional economy and advocated for tourism and economic development.
The chamber currently represents more than 1,600 members, who benefit from a range of membership perks and programs. These include an increase in exposure and marketing supports that make chamber members 63 percent more likely to secure consumer sales as opposed to non-chamber members.
